Lease Agreement Execution
Once a qualified tenant has been identified, we complete the process by negotiating and signing a lease agreement. Our services include:

- Completing a legally-required move-in walkthrough inspection with the tenant
- Collecting first month’s rent, security deposits and any other negotiated fees

- Enforce lease terms and arrange and serve tenant notices when necessary
- Manage eviction process through a highly qualified attorney when necessary
Accounting
- Provide detailed monthly & year-end statements with copies of all bills paid on your behalf
- Paying owner’s property taxes, insurance or other payments as instructed
- Arranging and making payment for required repairs or maintenance work.
- Paying to owner or depositing to owner’s account amounts received in excess of required disbursements.
- Perform a final inspection and closing statement as tenants vacate the property
- Refund tenants’ security deposits as appropriate
